My client is one of the leading suppliers of corporate accommodation solutions and is looking to fill this key position within the Sales management team.
This is new role and they are looking for someone who has managed remote sales teams who work on property, its unlikely that anyone with less than 5 years management experience will have enough experience for this role. Its a fabulous opportunity to join one of the most highly regarded supplier of Serviced Apartments and Aparthotels.
You will be managing a team of 5 who are all based around the UK and one internationally- this however could grow significantly as the company continues to grow. Strong demonstrable man management skills are essential as is the ability to build strong relationships with property GM's.
You must have previous experience of developing, implementing and maintaining robust sales action plans and will more than likely undergone branded hotel training programme, a good knowledge of revenue generation, yield management, sales management and guest experience. Financial acumen is highly desired.
IN return you will earn an excellent base salary with open ended commission.
